Carol Geminari is a Republican lobbyist and a former Congresswoman. She goes to church, and she loves a press conference.

She is Deb‘s twin sister and her opponent, which doesn’t stop them trading pictures of the grandkids, or crockpots. She isn’t always sure what her strategist is doing, but she goes along with most of it.
